Body Decorating Artist and Salon Licensing
The City of Ferndale City Clerk's Office processes body decorating artist and salon applications. All body decorating salons and artists operating within the City are required to be licensed by the City. Licenses are valid for a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31.
Body Decorating Artist Licensing
A body decorating artist is a person who performs body piercing and/or tattooing on another person at that person's request. All artists operating in the City of Ferndale are required to complete the license application.
